Dr. Jacklyn Koyama is a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Engendering Success in STEM Consortium studying the impact of STEM culture on experiences and well-being for women and other people from marginalized communities in STEM fields. Currently, she is working on the Studying Marginalized Individuals’ Teamwork Experiences Project, a two-year longitudinal field study with engineering undergraduate students, as well as a line of research examining impacts of differential valuation of technical and social skills on workday outcomes.
