Dr. Angie Minah Park (she/her/hers) brings a pracademic perspective to improving the effectiveness and measurability of organizational Diversity and Inclusion training. Her current research examines the pedagogy and learning-facilitation methodologies in D&I training to generate more impactful and sustainable strategies for adult learning and practice. She is also interested in drawing historical and methodological comparisons between corporate leadership training and D&I training to arrive at transferrable insights.
Dr. Park is an experienced EDI Consultant, Program Designer, and Facilitator who has worked with diverse clients across financial, transportation, government, and non-profit sectors and has trained participants from executive and senior management levels to entry-level employees.
