The Engendering Success in STEM Research Consortium (ESS) and the Institute for Gender and the Economy (GATE) was excited to co-host the capstone knowledge-sharing conference of ESS: Breaking Barriers and Building Bridges (BBBB). The event brought together leaders from academia, industry, and government to generate new ideas and deepen existing collaborations for evidence-based interventions to promote gender inclusion in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
